"ad/vice is a collaborative project between the MSVU Nancy's Chair in Women's Studies and the MSVU Art Gallery about a hot political issue: ads for prescription drugs... We found these ads disturbing... We want to explore our responses and put our objections before the campus community for debate. Through the exhibit ad/vice (March through June 30, 2001) in the Mount Saint Vincent University Library vitrines (built-in showcases) and this zine, we have created two alternative vehicles to get our side of the story out."
